5 Hour Energy is EVERYWHERE! I see these shots at the local grocery store, gas stations, vending machines, bookstores, in my Grandma’s refrigerator…. I mean everywhere. I am sure you have seen their low budget commercial as well. Well right off the bat, I am let down because I can’t stand the taste. This formula does not mask the taste of the energy blend very well. First, these reviews are intended to describe the effects of the drinks, not just the flavor. That said, I agree that the flavors aren’t the absolute best, but these things work great! They deliver on their promise of energy without the crash, and the energy is more mental than physical (think coffee without the jitters).
In addition it’s almost purely vitamin based energy; they lack a lot of the toxins other drinks contain. Ever bother looking at the ingredients of a Monster? It’s insane the amount of toxins they contain, which makes 5hr energy all that more attractive an option. Been using them instead of ‘normal’ energy drinks for about 3 months now - try them, you won’t be disapointed!
