5 Hour Energy’s decaf shot has 6mg of caffeine. This equates to the same ammount of caffeine in a half cup of decaf coffee. 5 Hour seems to have their citrus flavors tweaked pretty good. The shot tasted like a mix between citrus and cream. Interesting mix. Being a decaf shot, I lost the quick pick up and I was not super satisfied with how long I felt “energized”. I guess if you really don’t like caffeine, this is great for you.
