Remember those green popcicles from back in the day? I get the same taste here. No sugar, no crash. What I really like about the On Go energy shots is that they have ELECTROLYTES. On Go Energy’s berry blast flavor comes in a slick little bottle that looks healthy. Unlike most other shots out there, On Go Energy has a innovative energy blend and electrolytes. If you are about to do a lot of physical work, having electrolytes in your system is very important. Electrolytes are what your cells use to control electrical impulses on your cell membranes. When you sweat, you lose a lot of these electrolytes. A female friend and I took these shots before going to the gym to see how they worked. On Go Mandarin Orange was a pleasant suprise for us to find! On Go’s packaging is some of the best I have seen for energy shots. The bottle reflects the freshness and smoothness of what you find inside. Less is more right? As we all know, flavor is a huge factor in energy shots, and On Go tastes incredible. This is by far the most progressive energy drink on the market. I have not seen anything like it, tasted anything like it, and felt stamina and focus at such a heightened level.
