Orange Gold is a huge play in the canned energy drink market. I may sound biased because when orange flavoring is done correctly, I rave about it. So we got our hands on some Rubyy Blood Orange Energy 12 oz cans. Hands down, best packaging I have seen on an energy product this year. Theres no gimmick, no overdone marketing scheme, and the overall package is just solid and sophisticated. You should see this can under a black light too. This stuff is only available at W Hotels and select stores/clubs in California, which is a bummer because I would buy this all the time. Rubyy’s taste comes from the blood orange and has a citrus/orange flavor that I could drink all day. This beverage is lightly carbonated and there are some recipe’s for mixing it with alcohol that are excellent. The packaging is slick. Nice and clean text with no crazy claims of infinite energy. It’s clean. We like that. Holograms on the label (the big Z is a hologram) add cool points as well. This shot had a very strange smell and not enough orange flavor coming through to mask. Did anyone else think this stuff smells weird? This thing is packed with vitamin b12. On Go Mandarin Orange was a pleasant suprise for us to find! On Go’s packaging is some of the best I have seen for energy shots. The bottle reflects the freshness and smoothness of what you find inside. Less is more right? As we all know, flavor is a huge factor in energy shots, and On Go tastes incredible. This is by far the most progressive energy drink on the market. I have not seen anything like it, tasted anything like it, and felt stamina and focus at such a heightened level. Did I mention there were electrolytes and ginseng in this shot? I could go on about how much I love this product but I will leave it at this. Go buy some and try it!
